How can I get my items?

LuxEQ offers you two options for retrieving your items;

  • Standard delivery by Canada Post

  • You can pick up your items at our drop-off address: 1034 rue de l'Opale, Québec, QC G2L 3c9

Before going to the drop-off address, you must have received email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up. 

How do you calculate your shipping costs?

Shipping fees are fix at 10$ per order.

Shipping fees are waved with all orders over 250$ CAD.
